Teeth grinding at night has ceased, gums feel healthier, and teeth are less sensitive to hot and cold
Tongue seems healthier and sense of taste feels more nuanced

Anne developed the Leadership Wellness Plan after serving in numerous leadership roles across industries and seeing how fundamental our wellbeing is to our performance.

Driven by passion but running on fumes
As a leader who stayed constantly available to global teams and clients, Anne learned firsthand that neglecting her health might save time in the short term, but always carries a cost.
She also saw many other leaders and team members experiencing the same strain and burnout when ‘showing up at all costs’ meant sacrificing their own wellbeing.
Anne then discovered that a simple shift in how we hydrate can significantly change how we feel and how we show up.
After adopting this daily routine, she began to experience a profound shift in her sense of wellbeing. She watched as her body seemed to become more efficient at absorbing water and nutrients and better able to flush out what it no longer needed.
As her flexibility and focus improved, she also made incremental changes in how she prioritized her time, using the leadership tools she developed to draft a personal charter that now guides her life’s roadmap with greater intention.
Her mission is to help more people discover how this approach can power up their own lives, providing the fuel needed to do more good in the world.
